Who are we?

At Beauty and Spice, I am an unhinged book dragon mother and her unsuspecting teens and husband (who get roped into helping where appropriate) dedicated to bringing high-quality adult toys to the Australian market. With a commitment to discretion, quality, and customer satisfaction, we aim to empower individuals and couples to explore their desires in a safe and enjoyable way.

What makes us different?

We are looking to redefine adult shopping by tailoring our products to pair with the Indie author space and with our exclusive preselected themed boxes. Whether it's for Valentine's Day, our newly launched Cliterature boxes, or another special occasion, each curated box is designed to deliver excitement and satisfaction.

How is shipping calculated?

We charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping on all parcels up to 5kgs.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! Express shipping is available on orders for an additional $10.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes! We offer pickup from our storage at Yarrabilba SEQLD by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please wait for an email to say your order is ready and choose from one of the pickup times listed in the email.

I’ve ordered, when can I expect my parcel to ship?

Once an order is placed, I try and ship them out as soon as possible, normally within 2-4 days. Where a longer than anticipated delay occurs I will email you to let you know. If you require something faster, please get in touch so we can help you out.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is only available within Australia at this stage.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to offer returns on our products for change of mind.

My item is faulty, what now?

If your motorised toy is faulty, we will send a replacement to you where the same product is in stock and ready to send. We will require the faulty product to be returned so we can advise and return to the manufacturer.
